. Purge the cooling system of air, by filling the radiator with coolant until it comes out the bleeder bolt.
. Check for vacuum leaks--examine hoses, Fast Idle Thermo Valve (ensure valve seat is tight), and Idle Air Control Valve (IACV).

Yes I did bleed the radiator, and check for vacuum leaks, and still Idles up and down. Could it be the sensor that plugs in? Thanks

Did you ensure the Fast Idle Thermo Valve's valve seat is tight (remove cover and rotate seat clockwise)?

If the problem persists, install a new igniter, being sure to apply silicone heat transfer grease to the back of the igniter.

Inside the distributor. It's an electronic switch, which opens and closes current going to the coil. It affects timing.
