I am 35 weeks pregnant and I am wondering how healthy a baby would be if born now, and the chances of survival.

As that is neigh on full term they would most likely be fine.
Both my daughter and nephew where born much earlier, 4 - 6 weeks earlier than your dates, and they are both in fine health.
Of course it does all depend on the health care provision available to you.

You are just shy of full term. Full term can be 37 to 42 weeks. My nephew was born at 32 weeks and had a ripped lung when he took his first breath. But that doesn't mean your baby could have that. Every baby devolps differently in the womb.
All generly the same rate but with some aspects some baby's take longer to devolps than others. Also the hospital and medical care you are avaible to plays a big part of your baby's survival if something was to go wrong. All in all their isn't a true way to tell what could happen.
