Hi I'm 17 weeks pregnant now, and last nyt I had awfull lower back pain, I could sleep becoz ov it, and I also felt really ill as well, like feeling sick, I've woken up this mrning and th pain is still there, it asn'treally bad its just enough to bother me, becoz people say it can be early labour or contractions or something ? :S.. I'm very worid... Anyone no what this could be? I think it may just be something to do with being pregnant but with me reading about ''early labour'' etc its very worrying, like th pain is not bad but it's there... Also I think its something bad becoz when I had a misscarrage last year I was very early on and had th same pains n feeling sick etc.. So I think this is why its worrying me a lot... Please help ! Lol

Since you had the same pain last year before you miscarried, of course call your doctor.

Hey I've called my midwife and she just explained that its very normal etc as evrythng is growing and getn bigger... I feel great so I think I was just paniking lol thnkyou

There are ways to relieve lower back pain, such as lying on a pillow under it, and a moist heating pad (washcloth), and lifting your pelvis. Walk each day. Tub baths. Roughage in your diet so you move your bowels every day.

It just scrd me becoz ov the same pain with misscarage. I've never had back pain since that day... n I feel fine anyway.. I think my body would let me no if something was wrong, I think becoz its my first I'm very worrid about every little thing lol and also becoz ov what happened last tym :( plus I've felt it move about , well I think I have lol... I'm 18 weeks now, I find out the sex in less than 2 week... so excited :) thanks for your help x
