How do I put my emerson ewt19s2 on video/input without a remote?

A lot of TVs like that you need the remote. Look on the TV for an input or source or TV/VCR button of some kind. Or keep tuning the channels down/up until you cycle through. Sometimes if you go past the lowest/highest number you'll find the video inputs hiding in between the highest and lowest channels.

Otherwise you will need to find a universal remote. The tricky thing is that it might be able to turn the TV on and off and adjust the volume, but it might not change inputs. So you need to make sure you test pretty much all the codes (not just the ones labeled for the "Emerson" brand).

So I recommend if you go the route of a universal remote, to just follow the instructions the remote comes with to do a code search and test out every code that works to turn the TV off.
