Hi - I had a leep procedure done about 3 weeks ago - I barely had any spotting at all right after the procedure. My doc told me to wait 3 weeks for any excessive aerobic exercise, but that yoga was okay. I waited two weeks and then just 'had' to go to a yoga class (my body was craving it) - around this time I also felt like I was getting a yeast infection (had the discharge and itching, but nothing severe so I took a canesten 1 oral tablet) - 2 days later (i.e. 2 and 1/2 weeks after the leep) - I started some 'very' small red spotting and was worried this was due to doing the yoga (I was afraid something got re=opened) - I called my doctor and the nurse said everything is okay, spotting is nornal up to a month after. I don't have any major symptoms or feel I have an infection or anything, I guess I just need some reassuring advice that in fact everything is okay - also, I am extremely nervous about having sex again - does intercourse hurt after a leep procedure?
