Okay I just have a really quick question I've been pregnant before. I misscarried though but I just had a feeling recently that I was pregnant again. Well I am seven days late on my period, but I started having Light cramps today and started spotting. And ever since I misscarried before my period start heavy flowing and I have cramps so bad I don't want to move and I have hot flashes and I throw up almost every period since the cramps are bad. So I don't know if its implantation bleeding or menstrual. I took three pregnancy test a few days ago one came back positive and two negatives. So I was just wondering could this really be it again could I really be pregnant?

It is must more likely to get false negative, than a false positive.
