I have three daughters and I want to get them and me out of our place but I am making no income. How can I leave and go to a different city without income? I just want help to get on my feet. I need to find a place that will let my children and me into it with no down payment or rent until I can get a job. Help please.

Have you looked to see if there is a women's shelter in your city. That could a sanctuary until you can find a better place to settle.

Yes I have we live in a small country town they don't have a shelter here, and it would be pointless because I cannot get a job here because I have no diploma (I'm working on that now)and I cannot get a job away from here because I have no car, license and there are no day cares here I tried to get government help but since my husband is working I do not qualify for any help.

Is there abuse involved, or do you just want to leave?

There is no physical abuse involved but a lot of mental, he cheats on me all the time with 15yr old girls, he gave me std's he goes out and gets drunk all the time and comes home yelling at me and the girls, he spends our rent money on new phones and alcohol for himself I have to borrow money all the time we will not let me get my license so I can get a job and he's trying to cut off my contact with my family.

I have family here but no one will help because my mother burnt everyone on her side so they all hate her us her kids and my father does not have the room to help or he would other than that no, will shelters take you in if you don't currently live in that city?
