My ex was on battery probation in leon county then he got charged with d, battery on mke when they picked him up that got him for a warrant but not a VOP.. Since then he plead gulity to battery and was giving probation yet again but in orange county.. Will this make the Leon county VOP and more serious or will he keep getting off with battery... This is his 2ned in two years and like his 10th arrest...
