I have a Coleman Evcon 3600-367P electric thermostat and the other day a fuse blew in the furnace so we replaced it and not long after that another fuse started to smell like burning paper, so my husband was fixing the connecting things that hold the fuses and we thought it was fixed and so a few minutes after we turned it back on to check it, it popped really loud and shut off. He opened it back up and found what was wrong and fixed it and now the furnace won't shut off without turning the breaker off. Should we replace the thermostat or what?
