I have been in relation with my girl friend close to one year now. In the beginning our relation was very nice, then she started to change, and do things she know I do not like it. I think maybe that is not understanding, but I find she repeat the same things with other ways. Most of time when we have a problem, I am the person who ask to sit and fix that problem, but I find no change to better with me. She told me she cannot change to my way.

I remember there is very nice time we spend it together, we love each other too much. I am not happy because we reach to this point, but I cannot do anything more, and also I can not be with her in her way.

Is it possible to find a way to make her understand my way, and agree to fix our problem?

Lover 11,
Firstly, welcome to this great site!

Yeah, why not? Talk to her, communicate your feelings to him, and think out what she likes, what she dislikes. Give her gifts and presents. Go on a long walk or long drive with her, if she allows. By being closer to her, you will soon develop intimacy.

Don't forget, love is about accepting the other person, as he/she is and as he/she is not. Learn to give love, sacrifice yourself and donate pleasure. You will HAVE plenty of it, sooner or later.

Good luck!

You want her to change and do things your way, but she has told you she cannot.

If you both cannot resolve your problems to the benefit of you both, then the problems will drive you apart.

I think you BOTH have to be willing to compromise to continue on.

Once you have got to that stage its hard to go back, and cracks really start to show. I know its really hard when you love someone that much, but sometimes if you really love someone you should let them go, and accept some things just aren't meant to be.
People hold onto memories so tight because memories are the only thing that doesn't change, when everybody else does.
