I was shaving my vaginal area and noticed little bumps that are sightly larger than the regular ones that are already there on the lip. They don't have any puss or anything in them and they are the same color as my skin. What are these? What can I do to get rid of them? They are not causing any pain. But I have never seen them before and am worried!

It's most likely ingrown hairs. It's difficult to shave such an intimate area, and often leaves marks that can sometimes get itchy or sore. A lot of people recommend waxing as it get's all the hair off, and lasts longer. You'll always get ingrown hairs when shaving.
