I have a Herald multi-fuel fire with a wrap-around hot water boiler. It heats the radiators but the pipe to the hot water cylinder is hot we cannot get hot water from the taps. Is it an air-lock and how can it be cured? Maybe a tap in the right place with a plastic hammer might do the trick. Any suggestions?
