Tanning bed use to run with timer have to close loop cable has red white black and green wires in a pin and lock connection

You need a 4 prong 240VAC outlet wired with the same AWG as the plug. Red and black are hot, white is neutral and green is ground.

The four pole plug is in the tanning bed red and black are together the whit and green are separate and when I put bed on it throws the breaker with those four wires can I make a closed loop so breaker won't throw

Why do you have the black and red together on 4 pole plug?

Of course it will trip the breaker.
