I was charged with violation of nys DMV CCR 375. 1H... in Suffolk county... What does that mean ?

I checked it but I don't know what the CCR means 375.1 of the NY State VTL is an equipment violation

Is it not CRR, New York Codes, Rules and Regulations ?
