I need to remove a cinderblock wall under a manufactured home so the home can be moved. The home is 28 ft by 68 ft and has a small cinder block wall supporting the outside - it is not load bearing. It keeps the animals out, but has to be removed to move it. I want to know if there is another way besides a sledge hammer to remove all this cinder block? It there a way to get the mortar out and make the bricks fall apart from each other? Can I use a jackhammer or break them up? Is there anyway to remove them and keep them useable? Thanks

Usually you just break them up. I have seen small walls demo'd by knocking out 1 block, putting a chain wrapped 4X4 inside the wall and pulling the wall down with a pickup. Most of the time a small wall will just detach from the footing and fall over. Some may be salvageable but don't count on it as CMU's are relatively soft.
