I have an fishing lure body that is 3 1/4 inches Long and 1 inch in Height and 1/2 inch wide,
I would like to make the new body 6 inches long and add for the height but leave the width the same.
So what would the height now need to be

I'm not following you - are you looking to make the new lure larger in length and also equivalently larger in height? Well, you're increasing the length by a factor of 6/3.25, so you would increase the height by that same factor, and the new height becomes:
1 inch x 6/3.25 = 1.85 inches.
But maybe I don't get what you're trying to do.

Thank You
Forgive me on what Im asking I am just trying to adjust the height for the new length, to make the bait still look the same but on a larger scale and also act the same with the movement on the water.
I hope this helps some. I am trying to make sure that by adding the length that I also have to adjust the height to to make it still run right in just a larger version of it..

OK - then the dimension I gave you will make the lure look the same from the side view, just larger. Whether the fact that it will look a bit "skinny" from the rear may cause it to look less attractive to a fish I can't say - but I would guess any fish that goes after a 6-inch lure is probably a pretty aggressive predator!

And its important to make it correct I wish I had a way to send you a picture or had someone to do this on a machine in 3d but I'm left with just what I asked if it is going to work that way,

Its will be rolling from side to side to the width will cause the profile of the bait to turn onto its side making the profile look larger while adding weight to the bait, It's a guessing game so I will have to adjust in weight distribution
