My husband and I are 3 years married and still don't have a child , I wen't to an ob-gyne last year (2010) and have an ultrasound and my ob-gyne told me that my ovary is clean and good and nothings wrong with me . But why we still don't have a baby ? We both have work, is it possible that we are over stress at work ? Please help us we really like to have a baby..

Are your periods regular, has hubby been checked out, he should have been checked same time you were. Do you track your most fertile times and plan sex on those times and hold back on sex before those times.

So you BOTH go to a fertility specialist. YOU need to get your periods more regular so you can tell ovulation times. He needs to have his sperm checked among other things.
