Personally, I prefer my trusty Magic 8-Ball (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magic_8_Ball), Rose ;)

I had an 8 Ball but it kept coming up “You're kidding right? “

I had a Crystal Ball too but it has a light bulb in it now.

I also had a pack of Tarot Cards but they now decorate a glass topped coffee table.

Unfortunately I can't read the tea leaves anymore -
I changed over to tea bags!

Seriously though, I was right into all this stuff when I was younger.

And I have too much information on it floating around in my little head, even today.

Well they do say an elephants never forget. Lol

Still open for discussion, folks. Got any questions?

For entertainment purposes only.

And remember, serious questions will receive serious answers.
And silly questions will receive silly answers.

That's just the way it works, folks.

Well, I tried...

But I must say you are an interesting surprise a minute Rose.
I would have never conjured you up as Gypsy BlueRose, the Mystic and All Powerful Ouija Board Operator! LOL

I am curious though if it operates as well with only one person... I mean doesn't that seem like you are just doing it yourself?

I have never known it to work with only one person. I was an army wife and when the guys were away some of us army wives got together and one of them brought one out one night. I became curious and set about doing some research, reading about the origins of the Ouija Board. Read some time ago about the involuntary unconscious movement but only came across the blindfold experiment quite recently.

Still makes an interesting discussion. Too many young people are afraid of it and I simply want to convince them that it is just a game - a strange game but a game never the less.

Like the article said, if all the stories about Ouija Board spirits that are supposed to be roaming around free were true, then where are they? I haven't seen any. Have you?
