I had my tubes tied 13 years ago. About 2 1/2 weeks ago I started feeling like I was pregnant. I am now a week and one day late. I have had some slight cramps but nothing like my normal periods. I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped I had some slight pinkish bleeding. Again not like my normal period. I took a home pregnancy test over the weekend and got a negative response. All 3 times I've been pregnant I've never been wrong but I also havenever had the slight bleeding. Should I be concerned?

How old are you? Is your body maybe thinking about early menopause?
Do you know if your tubes were cut and sewn shut or just cut -- or not even cut? "Tied" could mean all sorts of things.

I am 35. I am not sure exactly how they tied them. I've had all the signs I've had before including the dead set feeling that I am. I've been sick to my stomach every time I eat and early in the morning for over 2 weeks my breasts have been much more tender than when I normally start and my husband told me last night they look like they've gotten bigger or are swollen. The cramps are extremely light compared to my normal periods first day which usually make me want to curl up with a heating pad in a ball.

Did that over the weekend. It came back negative. It just doesn't feel right.

Like my mother always says, "It's best to find out what the problem is so you can then deal with it."
Be sure to post again once you find out. I'll be watching for your response here.

Its funny that everyone says you know your body better than anyone. At this point in time I'm second guessing myself. It appears the doc is the best choice. Thank you, I will.
