If she has no interest then she is not getting turned on. And many women at various stages , esp when going though a change of life time, may have little interest in sex, ( others may)

Have you asked her? She most probably has a lot of insight as well as her own concerns.

Has she seen a Physician for the problem/concern?

And of course I will assume you are using extra lube when you do attempt sex. ** if you do try without her in the mood.

It takes about 20 minutes for a woman to be fully aroused. Do you take the time to ensure she's satisfied?
