We are from Mumbai and we have 7/12 of Rajasthan as we have purchased 10 gunthe land in Rajasthan.
However we want to buy agriculture land in Maharashtra.
What are the formalities to be done using Rajasthan's 7/12?

My great grand-father was a farmer and we have the original copy of Kharedi Khat of 1929.
However our names are not brought forward in that 7/12 Utara.
Can it be used to purchase a land in Maharashtra?
