It is a older movie where a farmer, during the war takes in a woman who is expecting, teaches her to cook, marries her, even though the child is not his, then later on she helps this oriental girl find her lost man and then she helps them because it was during the war and he was a deserter. She burns his clothes and then she goes into labour & has a old truck to dirve that the gas gauge doesn't work.
