My attention span seems to shut down when it's time to start homework. Hours fly by and I have barely anything done. I have entered a vicious sleep cycle where I'm going to bed late, doing this procrastinating every day. When I got to public places like Panera to do my homework, I get it done, but at home, it's so easy to waste away in front of the TV or computer. It takes me way too long to finish these assignments. I NEED HELP. I am becoming a crazy stressed out person and barely getting the work done. D:

So many are wondering why it so easily to get distracted and can't think! Well calm down and take a deep breath. Human need something in their brain sometime and some time get off sided!: 1# Human are more active and function better when you move around and it help them think better like moving your feet may help. 2# being distracted is really something you find amusing and you body say let study that for a second then it turn to minute, what help is fine a room like the library or a room at home where it nice and quiet. If you enjoying listening to music then it might help your concentration better. 3# lazy can some time be hard to overcome but you must learn to teach yourself that homework come before TV because when you come home from school your brain is still fresh with memories of the work and can sometime be helpful.

Depends on how old you are?

1.Lack of motivation
2. No one to monitor you at home, so in public you do not allow that aspect of u to be seen.

3. Yu probably need ADD / ADHD medication
