The father of my child has been on child support for 7years and hasn't Paid no where near $500 he keeps moving frOm state to state now resides in California court has supposedly suspend license and he has been served but I still don't get money seems like the court working on his side the only thing they have done is put a lien on him in which does nothing for me. Lawyers say not much they can do more than dss can I am at a crossroads what shall I do and advice at all!

Not sure what you want, many parents either never get anything, or they find or get some money years from now.

How often have you taken him back to court? Have you tired for contempt of court to get an arrest warrant for him.
** but most likely in California, they would not bring him back.

Some hire PI to find where he works to garnish their wages

Here's the thing. If a parent wants to be a deadbeat, by moving around a lot, changing jobs frequently, working low paying jobs, etc. There is little anyone can do to get support out of them.

The only satisfaction you can get from this is knowing that this is not the greatest life. That someday he will get old and sick and have no health insurance, no retirement savings and no one to care for him.

If they are doing what they can then al you can do is wait. Is he on drugs or have any other problems that prevent him from working ?
