-4x-14y=28

-x-7y=14, -4x-14y=28

Multiply by 2 both sides of -x-7y=14, so you get -2x-14y=28 . Then subtract side by side this with -4x-14y=28 so you get 2x=0 which leads to x=0 ,
and y=-2 follows.
