When I run water from my bathroom sink my tub is backing up, I can blow it out with the stop vac and water comes out and when I suck it out through my it , it goes down , I have also taken off the overflow to do the same and still having the same problem, not sure if I still take the pipe apart in look in it ? Any? Idea?

Both the sink and the tub use the same drain but the tub is lower in comparison to the sink so that's where the back up will appear. Snake down the tub over flow vent. How to Clean Out a Tub Drain | Danny Lipford (http://www.dannylipford.com/video/cleaning-a-tub-drain/)

I have and nothing is working any other ideas?

Could it be my main drain that is clogged?

If it were every time you flushed it would backup into the tub. Bob's bang on, Either you snaked from the wrong place or you didn't run out enough snake. Let's start over.
Unscrew and remove the overflow plate,(The one with the drain lever) and pull out the tub stopper. You now have a clear shot at the trap. The way you were going in through the drain it ran you square into a tee that you can't get around. Now feed the cable( 1/4" best or 3/3" with a small tip. You can rent a Ridgid K50 sink cable.) About 2' down you will run into the bend of the trap. Crank and push at the same time to work around it. Your blockage will be found in the lateral pipe going to the stack. You shouldn't have to put out more then 10 or 12 feet. I have found tub and shower clogs to be mostly hair and the worm should auger into it and pull it back. After you snake pour a few pans of boiling water down the drain. This will loosen the grease and flush the mess out into the main. Hope this helps and thank you for rating my reply. TOM

I fully agree with Tom. If you did what he and I recommend that should take care of the issue and no it is not your main. The entire house would be backing up at the tub or shower on the lowest level of the home. Rod further down the over flow
