I am 18 and between 18 and 19 weeks pregnant with my second child. Have had very little care due to in between insurances. But had an ultrasound a week ago and the baby was a very healthy active boy.
I have some cramping and a very tiny either blood clot or some blood in discharge a brownish color. Only was once when wiped and hen wiped a second time there was nothing.

Could this be a miscarriage or nothing to worry about? What should I do since I can't make it to a hospital till morning/afternoon.

You have nothing to worry about as this is normal

The occasional spotting in early pregnancy is usually not a concern. It can be from a number of causes, including recent intercourse or pelvic exam.

If the cramping or bleeding becomes more severe, or continues, then it would be wise to seek medical attention.

If it causes you continued concern, best to have it checked.
