Please come back and "answer" your own question with more info as to what you are asking.
We don't know where you are, do you want to know what types of Christians are where you are?
Most Christians have core beliefs that are the same, most merely practice various types of customs in their worship

Yes, I believe the OP simply wants to know the differences of different "types" of Christianity.
