I was driving to work and my prelude bogged out and died. The windows wouldn't roll down and non of the dash lights worked. The dash lights came on for a bit and it started and ran for a bit but then stopped again and I had to tow it. It will not run at all now it cranks but doesn't start and the inside lights don't work.

. Remove and fully charge the battery. Most auto parts stores will do this for free.

. Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

. Remove and check the ignition switch for wear, pitting, or melting. I suspect the ignition switch needs replacing.
