I am 18 years of age and am really considering creating a small business of PAT testing on the side to my electrical apprentiship. I need to know who I should talk to about registering myself as a business. Should I ask around different companys to see if they would be interested in my services. I believe I need around £2,500 to start my company up would I need to pay any fees for starting my own business up.
