What watt of light per square foot to be considered while designing a lighting system for super market

Per NEC you shall use 3 watts per square foot for general lighting loads to calculate the electrical system.
You may also need to conform to ASHRAE standards regarding energy codes at 1.5 W/SF.
Consult with your local inspector to learn what standard you need to follow.
