Okay, I was on birth control for about a year for painful cramping and irregular periods. I have never had vaginal sex, only oral. I got off birth control before my last period because it made me nauseous. Now, since my periods have usually been sort of irregular, My last one I think was on the 4th of last month and it is now the 8th of this month. I have been under a great deal of stress (this is stressing me out even more) and today I have been having progressively stronger but mild cramps almost as bad as I would if I was on my period. Is it possible that some off handed way I could be pregnant? Or is my period just irregular?
