It may be too scarey to him, also. Just act like you like him; no need to tell him. That's the best way for him to come to like you if he doesn't already.

Telling someone you like them is really scary. I don't think you have to be shy. Does he give any indication that he likes you as well. Do you hang out at all?

I have the same problem too, it sucks iknow how you feel, what I would do is take charge and you ask him out

Personally I would just see how things go, because boys have lots of girls on the go at the same time these days. No this respect to you boys because its not everyone but a few just don't realise how they can hurt girls feelings and by telling him it could make you feel silly in the long run, see how things go and if he acts like he's true to you and no one else then go for it because if he's giving you all the right signs he's probably just also afraid to tell you!
