My pen drive has a virus and to fix it I need to format it...
I tried everything... but it says its write protected and cannot format..
Can anyone suggest any solutions to it and from where to get the software..

You gat the software from the drive manufacturer. Many such drives have a slide that locks it into write protect mode.

To be honest with the price of pen drives, you would be better of cutting your losses and getting a new bigger one and junking this one.
