Suuply air from gas furnace is one side warm and other side is cold. Gas front side is cold, rear side is OK. What problem could it be? Thanks.

One is supply (blowing warm air) the other is return(sucking in air). Supply will be warm, return will be cool (or room temp). Not to worry, this is perfectly normal.

Dear mygirlsda77,

Sorry I may not describe clearly the problem. I know furnace has tow connected ducts, one is for return air that is cold and other for suuply air that is heated. The problem is with supply air duct which is a 40inx60in pipe connected to the top of the furnace. This pipe is one side wall warm and the other side wall is cold which has almost same temperature with the returned air.

The secenary is very weird, if you did not see, hard to believe. The supply air is half warm and half cold.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
