I have been having bad stomach pains. I have been having really bad heart burn. I have been sleeping a lot. Does it sound like I'm pregnant?

Have you missed a period? If so, have you tried a pregnancy test? Usually "bad stomach pains" is not associated with early pregnancy. Some women will experience some cramping, however, and at times feeling as though their period is about to start.

It may be that you have an illness. If you have missed a period, try a pregnancy test. If the pain continues, consider seeing your doctor.
