I'm looking for a movie I saw when I was really young. In my memory the movie is a little surreal. The things I remember are that the movie is old. It start with a man telling a crowd (he's possibly on a stage in a theatre) about his heroic journeys but than get interupted by a man claiming he's the real thing, that he went on those journeys and that this guy is trying to take the glory by pretending to be him.

I think that the man that was claiming to be the real deal gets banished from the empire or whatever it was and the movie is about him trying to prove that he's the real thing. I think he calls himself something captain. He has many weird friends that are helping him fighting this war and among them are a guy with a REALLY big ear who can hear things happening miles away, and another that can blow powerful winds from his mouth or something!

This movie has been in my head forever... I saw it with my dad probably like 15 years ago (I'm 24) and when I asked him about it a year ago he couldn't remember it and thought I had just dreamt about it which made me really annoyed lol... I really hope someone knows what film I'm talking about so I can show it to him. I remember him laughing to the film :)
