Hi can some one help to with draw 401K amount currently I am in US and moving to my native county and I don't have plans to come US in future also. Please suggest me as soon as possible.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Agreed. And be aware that you will have to pay ordinary income tax and the 10% early withdrawal penalty on any distribution you take (assuming you are under age 55). If you don't need the cash right away you may want to consider moving the account to a rollover IRA. That way you avoid taxes (for now) and penalty, and lets the account continue to grow tax-deferred until retirement.
