I am 35 weeks pregnant with my second baby. I have started have horrible stomach cramps I don't really think it is contractions. I have already went into preterm labor twice in the past three weeks I have received the terbutaline and steroids shot. I am also consider high risk because I am polyhydramnios and my baby has heart arrhythmia. I am just wondering if I should be worry about this cramping I have been put on bed rest since last Saturday and been drinking plenty of water.

Well without doing an assessment on you I can only give you some of the possibilities, if you are worried about it I suggest that you go to your OBGYN doc and talk with them about it. It very well could be braxton-hicks contractions or false labor, it could be a gastrointestinal problem like GERD or an illness or just a plain upset stomach. And remember that with all you have going on bed rest means BED rest. The less you are moving the better you need to stay in bed unless you absoutly need to move like going to the doctor or to the bathroom
