You do like the rest of us do when we get dumped. Deal with the feelings by doing what we were doing before we got with them, and in time, the feelings fade away, and we have moved on to the next big thing in our lives.

Trust me, at 12, there will be many other things to do besides worrying about those love feelings. They will come, and go, and you will have many loves.

Give it more than a few days though, it takes longer than that.

You should listen to your ex. You both are too young for a romantic entanglement. I wouldn't't even refer to the partner in a relationship at your age as an ex.

I think you should move on and forget about her. If she's going to break up with you over what of her friends think then she's not someone you should want to be with anyway. You'll find someone better!
