Each testing facility will have their own "fill line" for their test.
Why are you worried about a specific amount ?
When you use the bathroom you can't control how much you go.

While each lab is different on the sample size most require a minimum of 45 ml (1-½ ounces of urine). The accepted sample size can vary from 30 - 150 ml (1 to 5 ounces). Example: Spectrum Labs (http://www.urine-luck.co.uk/drug_testing_information/drug_testing_test_day.aspx) and DOT collection rules (http://transit-safety.volpe.dot.gov/publications/substance/DOTurine/HTML/urine.htm#sec6), (10).

In drug testing, including EtG, the sample must be divided into two aliquots, allowing for screening and confirmatory.
