The pain on a scale from 1~10 is about a 4 and it last a short period but they come about 4~5 times per week?

Are you feeling cramping... similar to menstrual cramps? Vaginal pain or pressure? Does the pain happen quickly and then subside? Do you notice it more when you get up quickly or change position?

Some discomforts can be normal, and usually there is not a concern unless you are having frequent discomfort/pressure that starts to have a pattern to it, or the pain is severe, or you are having some bleeding.

Always best to check with your doctor or midwife if something new is going on and it causes you concern.
