He don't pay anything.. Don't clean up after his self treats everyone like crap. He acts liken everyone owes him.. I now I have caused allot of this. But I just can't do this anymore. What can I do. The police told me that they can't put him out..

You evict him just like any renter or tenant. Give him a notice to move out, if he does not move, you file for an eviction in housing court.

Change the locks and don't give him the key!
