My name is Michelle Sweat and I'm 25 years old.I came on my cycle October 31,2011 I got off my cycle November 5,2011 I also started the ovulation test on the 5 of November 2011.I started ovulating November 13 I also had intercourse that day and the 15 I started having cramps after that and my breast been sore.I took a test that next week and it was negative.so I went to the E.R. on the 25 for abdominal pain and they found a cyst on my left ovary with a small amount of fluid.I had intercourse also on the 29 but I suppose to had my cycle November 30 but it haven't came yet so I took a test today and it also was negative but I'm still cramping,breast sore and I'm always feeling like I have to throw up.so the question is could I be pregnant or what?

It may be that your period is just getting ready to start still. Was anything done for the cyst or are they going to wait and see on it? It may also be due to the cyst.

Give it another week and see what happens with your period. If it doesn't show, try another pregnancy test, making sure that you follow the directions carefully.

Ok and no they didn't do anything for the cyst they just gave me some Hydrocodone but I went to my doctor and she said she was going to refer me to a specialist because on my ultrasound it say it can be a hemorrhage cyst,dermoid cyst and most likely a Malignancy so I have to wait till they call to give me my appointment

Well from my first question this runs into that one okay my cycle was late coming I was suppose to come on November 30 but I didn't I had intercourse November 29 I started spotting on December 3 and December 4 but later on that evening I started bleeding somewhat heavy.December 5 I was still bleeding but not that heavy but my blood was red and brownish now I'm not bleeding at all its just brown in my pad I'm trying to get pregnant but now that my cycle messing up I don't know what to do and I don't know if I could be now that my cycle was shot it never did this and I was never late on my cycle it always came and I always bleed for 5 to 7 days at the most.so I just need to know what is it

It may be that the sex right before your period offset things and caused a slight irregularity... which is fairly common.

Continue to try for a pregnancy on a regular basis, every other day if possible. See what happens when you would expect your next period. You could always try a pregnancy test before that time just in case this last one was off due to pregnancy.
