Tattoo is not good at all bad to be honest need to know how its gone so wrong so he can talk to the tattoo artist and get it sorted fast I don't know if pic have been added if not ill try again so you can see what I am on about any help will be nice

I can't see the tattoo. If its possible he can ask a tatto artist to cover it..
And there's also ways you can get the removed.

Assuming the artist is professional he will have insurance - but he should also be willing to make it right (if it's wrong, not what your boyfriend wanted).
