I shave my pubic area and last night I felt a pea sized lump under the skin of one of my labias. Since I shave could it be that it's an ingrown hair? I am concerned

You are probably correct about the ingrown hail. A result of shaving from time to time. Don't be alarmed if it gets sore and comes to a head. That is the usual progression.
