I went for first scan today. This is my ninth week. The pelvic showed the transonic ring with no evidence of a peri sac bleeding. Neither the fetal pole, the yolk sac, uterine masses nor fluid in the 'Pouch of Douglas' where seen. What does this mean?What could have caused this? What are the chances of the pregnancy continuing as normal, and the baby? The radiographer scheduled re scan in 3 weeks... Any medical precautions I should take? I am worried. I am 23, healthy and this is my first pregnancy!
