I have a wife that has a green card with conditions, she received her green card June 2011 , and I came home the other day and she was gone I have know way to contact her other than email, I thought our marriage was legit, maybe I was wrong, we do not have a child or anything else is our name together, Should I just get a divorce now, and how will that affect her green card status after she applies by herself before her two years are up.

Under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), a battered spouse of a U.S. citizen or green card holder can apply for lawful permanent status without the abuser's knowledge. Both male and females are eligible.
The only way that she could apply by herself for the removal of condition on her permanent residency is if she files for that waiver and most likely she will, but only after she will have gone to a local precinct to file some sort of restraining order against you.
Therefore, I suggest you cover your back and don't take this lightly cause she could make your life miserable if you wait passively to defent yourself. Hire an Attorney to document everything and go to your local precint stating that your wife abandoned you.. . because if you won't she will go in and state that you kicked her out or that you were violent and abusive and forced her to leave.
There are unfortunately many examples even in this forum of nightmares like yours. Don't wait any longer!
