Last year my moms a/c blower stopped working we finally found out that it was the start/run capacitor. Well we replaced it but now the blower motor doesn't move enough air to stop the coils from freezing and when the heat is on the relay keeps turning on and off because there inst enough air flowing by it to stop it from overheating can the thermal protection on the motor be tripped and if so how do I reset it. The air handler is an AMERICAN STANDARD TWG025A140B any help would be great as we can not afford a technician
