My ex has filed for domicile custody of our 2 year old in Arkansas. He has recently moved out, and has kicked me out. Now I am at home with my parents and he insists that our daughter reside with his grandparents in sugar land, tx. He works in the Texas panhandle 3 weeks out of the month, thus our daughter is spending most of the time being raised by grandparents. I recently drove 6 hours to try to pick her up, but they both would not let me. Since I am in Louisiana, what do I do to fight for my daughter?
